Post Conference 80's Party 150 guests De Vere Oulton Hall, Leeds To work alongside the client’s conference production company to create a themed 80’s themed night using the visualdj system. Penguins provided the additional theming and production to supplement the existing stage and set as used from the conference. Using the existing projection screens and plasmas we sourced and created a number of bespoke 80’s themed DVD’s and animations using footage and extracts from 80’s news, TV, film, fashion and music. In addition to the DVD’s we also produced an 80’s music video quiz which took place throughout dinner. After dinner and awards Live music was provided by Heaven 17 followed by a 80s set by the visualdj team for the reminder of the night. If guests didn’t party on the dance floor then they were caught up in nostalgia playing their favourite 80’s arcade games. An additional 60” Plasma screen housed in retro casing was installed in the separate bar area to keep the drinking guests involved when not dancing in the main room. |
